Do you accept walk-ins?

At this time, we are by appointment only.  Please contact us at 506-8709-3652 to schedule your sessionn today.

What is your reservation policy?

At the time of booking, we require a credit card number to hold your date and time.  We request 24 hour notice if you need to change or cancel  your appointment.  A no-show will result in a 50% charge.  We schedule our therapists according to our bookings and cannot offer the space and time to other guests.  We greatly appreciate you being mindful of changes and doing so 24 hours outside of your appointment time.

Do I need to arrive early?

We ask that you arrive approximately 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time.  This will allow for time to fill out a brief intake form letting your therapist know of any areas of concern.

What if I am late?

We will do our best to accommodate you should you be running behind.  If there is another appointment scheduled directly following your time, your appointment may be cut short.

Should I ask for stronger or lighter pressure during my massage?

Yes!  Your massage is just that – your massage.  Some people prefer a firmer touch while others don’t.  Please feel completely free to communicate this with your therapist at any point during your massage.
